Our Prices:
Why are our prices so low?
We offer wholesale pricing to the public at discounts of up to 70%. Our Store Fixtures and Retail Displays are the same high quality used by mass retailers and in department stores everywhere. We import our fixtures directly in HUGE container quantity, allowing us to offer deep discounts to our customers.

Minimum Orders:
We offer DISCOUNT pricing to our customers via the internet and strive to maintain the absolute LOWEST PRICES at all times. Pricing for many items is based on full box quantities. Due to our wholesale pricing and the costs affiliated with packaging, shipping, and processing orders, we require a minimum $100 order total (before shipping charges).

Damaged Merchandise:
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives without damage. Please inspect all merchandise for damage, prior to acceptance. If boxes appear to be damaged, or you suspect that merchandise is damaged, please open all boxes and conduct a complete inspection of merchandise contents upon delivery.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ANY DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.

If merchandise is damaged, simply note the delivery receipt, refuse the damaged portion of your order, and complete our online damage form to request a replacement.

Unlike our competitors, all orders are processed exclusively by our staff. From the moment you place your order, it is processed, and monitored by a senior staff member. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. Just request a delivered price quote and see for yourself!

Our Website:
We strive to provide the fastest loading, easiest to navigate, pop-up and banner free website in the industry. This approach is taken to minimize inconveniences and allow FAST access to our products, pricing and information.

Sales Tax:
Applicapable Sales Tax of 7% is Charged for Florida Orders Only.

Payment Options:

We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

We also accept orders prepaid by check or wire transfer.
Please contact us for additional information.

We do not ship C.O.D.

Order Cancellations:
A 10% processing fee will be charged to all orders cancelled after payment has been processed.
All requests for order cancellation must be made in writing via fax.
To request an order cancellation, please complete our order cancellation form.
We will make every effort to cancel your order, however most orders are processed and ship immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the returns section for information concerning merchandise returns.

Returns:
Slatwall Panels are made per order and are not returnable.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of merchandise receipt with an approved returned merchandise authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, with all packaging, and will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping and freight fees for returned merchandise will not be refunded.

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THESE TERMS FOR AUTHORIZATION, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Shipping:
Our goal is to ship all orders for in stock merchandise, received before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time, the same day.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipment or delivery dates for any orders.

Please provide a deliverable shipping address for your order. Carriers cannot provide delivery to P O Boxes or addresses that are unoccupied, as most shipments require a signature for delivery.

Prices do not include applicable shipping and freight charges. We ship most small orders

from our closest warehouse location to you.

Slatwall and larger merchadise is shipped via common carrier truck.

Store Fixtures

This is a curbside delivery service and requires someone to unload and receive all merchandise.

A $39 crating charge applies to all Slatwall orders UNDER 40 boards.

It is our strict policy to use Customer information we obtain for the purpose of processing your order and our company records only. Customer information is not sold to any third party, for any reason.
